The main purpose of the web portal is to facilitate communication by investor and occupier with, and the supply of services by, the scheme service management regime.

The web portals are run on a dedicated server hosted by one of the UK’s leading Internet Services and Solutions Providers. The software development utilises open system standards, enabling integration with existing and new technologies as and when appropriate.
